This package contains the driver for the Intel Management Engine Components Installer. Lastly, I tried doing a hardware reset on a couple of the docks per Dell's instructions and that did not work either.Intel Management Engine Components Installer I checked the drivers using the Dell Docking Station Firmware Update utility software and it said that all dock drivers were up to date on every laptop. I installed the Realtek USB-GBE Ethernet Controller driver from Dell on all laptops, that did not work either. I installed all of the most recent drivers from Dell Command Update and Windows Updates on all laptops, that did not work. Every single one has blinking orange lights on it's ethernet port connection. Almost every single WD19S dock is not connecting to ethernet. I work for a SMB and my company recently purchased Dell WD19S Docks for our laptop users.
